Jeanne Finney is a registered dietitian with a Master’s degree in Nutrition. She earned a BS degree in Zoology from North Carolina State University. She completed two additional years of schooling in the field of nutrition, prior to completing her dietetic internship at the Brody School of Medicine in Greenville, NC. She has eight years of work experience in Clinical, Community and Research Nutrition.
Kimberly Smith Lukhard is a registered dietitian with a Master’s degree in Nutrition. She completed her internship at the Brody School of Medicine in Greenville, NC. She has worked as an adjunct faculty member in the department of Nutrition, and in the department of Hospitality Management at East Carolina University for the past 10 years. Prior to earning her Master’s in Nutrition, she earned a BA in Psychology from Simmons College in Boston Massachusetts and worked in the field for 10 years.
